A grade estimating method based on an estimation text of a web page includes the steps of: extracting an estimation reference word defined in an estimation reference word map from an evaluation text of a web page; calculating an effective frequency of the estimation reference word, based on an estimation word adjacent to the extracted estimation reference word; and calculating a grade of an estimation item corresponding to the estimation reference word according to the calculated effective frequency. |
