FILM HAVING HARD COAT LAYER, ANTIREFLECTION FILMS AND THEIR MANUFACTURING METHODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an ultraviolet curing composition to be layered on a transparent base film by mixing in it a photopolymerization initiator effective in the wavelength region of 350 to 450 nm. SOLUTION: A hard coat layer 4 is formed on the transparent base film 2 having ultraviolet ray absorptivity by using an ultraviolet curing resin composition containing a photopolymerization initiator whose absorption wavelength region is different from that of the base film. An antireflection film having a high antidazzle characteristic when placed on a display can be obtained by depositing a thin film by a gaseous phase or applying a coating composition in which hyperfine particles are dispersed on the obtained hard coat layer.
