PURPOSE:To reduce the face dangling effect at the time of grinding and polishing by bonding an optical fiber within a glass sleeve having a tapering inside diameter, and by grinding the other end of the glass sleeve opposite to the one end of the sleeve into which the glass fiber is inserted in order to reinforce the end of the glass sleeve.
