PURPOSE: A manufacturing method is provided to manufacture a feeding housing for a grain feeding apparatus feeding grain at low land(the ground) into the high land such as cargo box of a freight car using a means such as a bucket, and the feeding housing realized by the manufacturing method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a feeding housing(10) for a grain feeding apparatus comprises a cutting process (a) of a material to be processed (s), a forming process (b) for forming reinforcing ribs on the cut material to be processed (s), first, second and third bending processes (c,d,e) for bending both ends of the material to be processed (s) vertically upward and a coupling process (f) for coupling a plate(14) to an opening of a formed case. The feeding housing for a grain feeding apparatus comprises a case which is made of a plate material that is bended so that its profile forms in a quadrangle shape an upper side of which is opened, wherein one or more reinforcing ribs(13) are formed on each sides of the plate material; and a plate(14) which is inserted into an opening of the case and coupled to the opening by a locking means such as bolts.
