PURPOSE:To provide an amelioration agent for allergic diseases, containing bile component of poultry as an active component, and effective against diseases relating to type I allergy or type II allergy. CONSTITUTION:The bile component of poultice or biliverdin, taurochenode- oxycholic acid or taurocholic acid which are confirmed components of bile is used single or in combination as an active component of the objective agent. The activity of the bile component is higher than that of biliverdin having the highest activity among the above three components, suggesting a possibility of a synergistic action of two or more components. |
