PURPOSE:To easily obtain a stable control system by providing a 1st frequency divider circuit frequency-dividing an output signal and a 2nd frequency divider circuit frequency-dividing the output signal with the same frequency division ratio and initialized by an input signal. CONSTITUTION:A frequency divider circuit 11 is a circuit frequency-dividing an output signal of a voltage controlled oscillator circuit 15, and a frequency divider circuit 12 is a circuit frequency-dividing an output signal of the voltage controlled oscillator circuit 15 with the same frequency division ratio as that of the frequency divider circuit 11 and initialized by a leading edge of a recovered data 51. A phase difference detection circuit 13 receives each output signal of the frequency divider circuits 11, 12 to detect the phase difference, a low pass filter circuit 14 generates a voltage smoothed properly by an output signal of the phase difference detection circuit 13 and outputs a signal with a proper frequency in response to the output voltage of the low pass filter circuit 14 by a voltage controlled oscillation circuit 15. Thus, even if a signal having plural frequency components is inputted, the frequency component of the signal inputted to a control system is unified and the stable control signal is easily obtained. |
