SOLUTION: A client 9 sends an electronic coupon 21, electronic coupon information, and customer information to a management server 11 and informs a portable terminal 7 of a URL of the management server 11, a password, and the like. The management server 11 authenticates the portable terminal 7 on the basis of the password and the like inputted from the portable terminal 7 so as to send the electronic coupon 21 to the portable terminal 7.
