<p>PURPOSE:To perform the mounting work of a cable hanger ring to a messenger wire(MW) by the ground operation and to enhance the safety of the work by making up a mounting means with a clamp section, a clamp switching mechanism, an operation stick, etc. CONSTITUTION:When the main body 3 of an installing device is grasped by hands and an operation stick 5 is rotated clockwise, a clamp switching cone head 71 is lowered and a clamps A1 and B2 gets to an open state. A cable hanger ring (CH) is inserted into ring gripping grooves 13 and 23 of the clamps A1 and B2, the operation stick 5 is rotated counterclockwise, the clearance between the ring gripping grooves 13 and 23 is narrowed and the CH is fixed. A communication cable is then enclosed between CH, whose jaw click is wound around the MW. When the operation stick 5 is rotated clockwise, the clamps A1 and B2 are in an open state, so that the main body 3 of the installing device can easily be removed.</p> |
