SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of pressing metallic powder and compacting surface of made part; pressing metallic powder along one axis; compacting surface by shot blasting of part or rolling it with sufficient intensity and time period necessary for making compacted surface layer in range 90-100% of total compaction and depth of deformation at least 0.2 mm; realizing if necessary additional stage of pressing part; before shot blasting or before rolling preliminarily sintering pressed part at temperature no less than 500 C.
