PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sealing device which can apply a strip shape heat- seal seam on tubes which are fed one after another, without slipping to a feeding means. SOLUTION: This heat sealing device heat seals or welds the internal walls made of a thermoplastic material, which are superposed with each other, of the tubes (7) under a flat state into a strip shape. Such a heat sealing device has heating jaws (1 and 2), a pressing means (10), and conveyor devices (5 and 6). In this case, the heating jaws (1 and 2) limit a gap between one another, and extend in the longitudinal direction under two heating states. The pressing means (10) collectively presses the tubes in one region of the heating jaws. The conveyor devices (5 and 6) move the tubes through the gap. Also, the heat sealing device has a pair of rolls (8 and 9) which are provided in the vicinity of the heating jaws in order to prevent the tubes from slipping to the conveyor devices. The rolls form a pressing treatment nip for respective tubes. |
