PURPOSE:To readily obtain the subject high-quality granular bean jam containing ADZUKI beans in a clearly maintained shape thereof by placing blades rotatable at a prescribed number of revolutions in a pot containing materials, such as ADZUKI bean and sugar, and stirring the above-mentioned materials. CONSTITUTION:Materials, such as ADZUKI beans with skin, water and sugar, are prepared in a pot 3 and the aforementioned materials are stirred in the aforementioned pot 3 with blades 7 rotating in the above-mentioned pot 3, which is simultaneously heated. In the process, the number of revolutions of the blades 7 is regulated to 0.5-2.0rpm to afford the objective granular bean jam. Furthermore, a bean jam kneader equipped with the pot 3, a heating means 25 for the aforementioned pot 3, the blades 7 and a rotating and driving means 9 for the above-mentioned blades 7 in which the above-mentioned driving means 9 has rotation range of 0.5-2.0rpm on an output shaft 17 directly connecting the blades 7 is preferably used. |
