PRODUCTION OF POLYPEPTIDE HAVING HUMAN INTERLEUKIN 2 ACTIVITY

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title polypeptide free from other proteins originating from human and from saccharides by culturing procaryotic cells transformed with a specific recombinant DNA. CONSTITUTION:Procaryotic cells, preferably in Escherichia coli are transformed with a recombinant DNA which includes the genes coding (a) a promoter, (b) a ribosome-binding site, (c) a translation-starting codon and (d) a polypeptide having human interleukin 2 activity in this order from the upperstream of plasmid vector DNA chain which is compatible to procaryotic cells, and cultured aerobically in suspension.
