PURPOSE:To shorten waiting time and to improve the working rate of the machine by forming a cash processing slot in either a customer input area or a medium discharge area. CONSTITUTION:From the entrance side of a path 3 to the exit side, a card processing area 5, customer input area 6, and medium discharge area 7 are formed in this order in one line, and the respective areas are partitioned by a first gate 8, second gate 9 and third gate 10, which can be opened and closed, provided in a main unit 1. In this case, a gate door processing part controls the opening/closing of respective 1st-4th gate doors 8, 9, 10 and 20 based on the detection outputs of first and second sensors S1 and S2. Thus, the waiting time can be shortened, the working rate of the machine can be improved and operability can be improved. |
