摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system capable of rapidly following load variation while restraining the degradation of generation efficiency with a relatively simple structure and control method even if a load varies. SOLUTION: This fuel cell power generation system is provided with: a reform device 6 having a reaction chamber 9 for producing a reformed gas containing a hydrogen gas by a chemical reaction by feeding a material gas, a hydrogen chamber 11 communicating with the reaction chamber through a hydrogen passing layer 10 for selectively passing the hydrogen gas in the reformed gas and a combustion chamber 8 fed with a reform exhaust gas exhausted from the reaction chamber; and a fuel cell body 15 having a fuel electrode fed with the hydrogen gas having passed through the hydrogen passing layer and an air electrode fed with the air for generating power. In this case, the system is provided with reform exhaust gas circulation means 51-55 for circulating at least part of the reform exhaust gas exhausted from the reaction chamber to the reaction chamber, and a reform exhaust gas regulation means 56 for regulating the amount of the reform exhaust gas fed to the combustion chamber.
