<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the offset of the center of gravity of a caliper to the utmost, stabilize the operation of the caliper and suppress the biased abrasion of a friction pad due to the tilt or inclination of the caliper. CONSTITUTION:Sliding pins 6 are protruded toward an action section 2a on the disk turning-in side and turning-out side of a reaction section 2b respectively. Bag-shaped projections 8b, 8b extended along the action section 2a from the side sections of a bridge section 2c are provided on caliper support arms 8a, 8a on both sides of the bridge section 2c. Insertion holes 8d are provided on the bag-shaped projections 8b to be opened on the reaction section 2b side, and the sliding pins 6 of the action section 2a are inserted into the insertion holes 8d respectively to support a caliper 2.</p> |
