<p>PURPOSE:To provide a packaging device which can cope with an article to be packaged such as a large sized and heavy exhaust fan, etc., and can stand dropping compression evaluation. CONSTITUTION:A first cushioning material 20 and second cushioning material 23 are fitted on the top and bottom, right and left, and front and rear of an article to be packaged 10, and especially for the bottom part, a double structure with the thick first cushioning material 20 and an outer box 15 is provided, and for the right and left, and front and rear, a double structure with the U shaped and L shaped second cushioning material 23 and the outer box 15. The package is fixed by a sleeve 22, which works as a holder and a compressing material as well, for the upper area, and the whole body is tied by the outer box. Then, the outer flaps and inner flaps of a bottom surface 17 and lid surface 18 of the outer box 15 are fixed by stitching wires 25, and tied by a resin band 26 to complete the packaging. Therefore, a packaging device to protect an article to be packaged from impact and compression can be obtained by providing cushioning materials of corrugated fiberboard, and the unpacking and disassembly after usage become easier, and the discarding and recycling become easier also.</p> |
