The fastener is connected to a device (1) which has a connecting pipe stub (2). It has a hexagonal nut with a hollow pipe extension and a male thread (3). There is a shoulder (6) accommodating a sealing ring in contact with the end (8) of a hollow nut (10,11) with a cylindrical portion (11) and a hexagonal portion at one end. The nut (10,11) has a female thread engaging the male thread (3) on the extension piece. The hexagonal end (10) engages in a recess (13) in a large flange disc (12).
