PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by making mold assembling and demolding easy, by a method wherein at least one side of either an inside base member or outside base member is made movable so that an inside bent surface molding tool and outside bent surface molding tool can be approached to and separated from each other. CONSTITUTION:At least one side of either an inside base member 15 or an outside base member 16 is moved and tools 11-14 each are positioned to molding positions. Under this condition, fluid concrete is cast from the upper side and cured for necessary hours. Demolding is performed when the concrete is solidified. In the demolding, at least either one side of the inside base member 15 or the outside base member 16 is moved and retreated. An arch-shaped concrete structure is suspended by a crane and demolded under this condition. In this case, since at least either an inside bent surface molding tool 11 or outside bent surface molding tool 12 is separated from the product, the demolding is performed reasonably and operation is performed easily that much. |
