PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable connection before being separated when a jumper or an access lead for a test is inserted by containing contact points of two rows in an insulating housing having a top surface and a bottom surface. SOLUTION: A first row of a contact point 30 and a second row of a contact point 31 are installed in a housing. The respective contact points 30 and 31 have respectively end parts 32 and 33 which can be respectively and electrically connected to wires 60 and 61. The end parts have respectively slots 34 and 35, and the slots penetrate through an insulating material surrounding the wires, and when the wires are inserted up to a proper depth, they electrically contact with each other. Even when the point 30 is opened by inserting a lead into a point 39 from a bottom part, a point 38 maintains a closed condition, and a bend of a stem 42 is larger than a bend of a stem 43. Therefore, a surface of the stem 42 contacts with a corresponding surface of the stem 43, on the one hand, the contact point 39 is opened.
