The control module includes a power PCB (1) and a control PCB (2) both connected to an intermediary PCB (3). The power and intermediary PCBs are placed in a box (4,5). The power PCB has a substrate carrying a number of power components (7) connected via conducting paths (9). Contacts (10) are provided for connecting to a power supply. The intermediary PCB presents a number of conducting paths soldered to the paths on the power PCB. The control PCB is provided with a number of control components and is housed in a recess (23) provided inside the box.
