SUBSTANCE: method involves determining characteristics of hemostasis like AT-III antithrombin activity, blood platelets aggregation and fibrin and fibrinogen degradation products content. AT-III antithrombin activity level being more than by 50- 60% lower and , blood platelets aggregation being more than by 50- 60% higher, fibrinogen degradation products contents being increased more than by 8-10 mcg/ml and positive ethanol and protamine sulfate tests being observed, thrombembolia is predicted and hormonal contraception agent is prohibited. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of thrombembolic complications prophylaxis.
