发明名称 PRODUCTION OF REINFORCED POLYOLEFIN SHEET
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reinforced polyolefin sheet excellent in surface bondability by orienting a sheet comprising a mixture containing a polymerizable monomer and a polyolefin, applying a peroxide to the oriented sheet and heat-treating it. SOLUTION: It is most desirable that the polyolefin is a high-density polyethylene. The polymerizable monomer is used in an amount of desirably 0.1-10.0 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. oriented sheet. The amount of a peroxide to be coated is pref. 0.1-2 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. oriented sheet. The sheet coated with the peroxide is heat-treated at desirably 130-150 deg.C. A sheet having improved bondability can be obtained also by orienting a sheet chiefly made from a silane-grafted polyolefin, coating the oriented sheet with an aqueous solution containing a silane condensation catalyst and polyvinyl alcohol and heat-treating it.
