HEATING WIRE HAVING INTEGRALLY PROVIDED SENSOR WIRE AND ITS CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a safety function and to facilitate the temperature control of a heating wire by composing the heating wire of a first and a second conductors insulated from each other by an insulating layer and forming the second conductor in a helical shape having a diameter larger than that of the first conductor. SOLUTION: A first conductor 20 is helically wound around a flexible fiber core 22. The fiber core and the first conductor 20 are sealed by a first insulating material 24. A second conductor 26 functioning as a sensor wire is helically wound around the first insulating material 24 and the first conductor 20. A heating wire includes a second insulating material 28. The second insulating material seals a coaxial structure including the first and second conductors 20 and 26 and the first insulating material 24. The second insulating material 28 is an elastomar material which is electrically non-conductive and has flexibility. The first conductor 20 is represented as a first resistor 1 for generating heat according to an applied voltage. A second conductor 26 is also represented as a resistor and shows a resistance characteristic changeable according to the change of a temperature.
