<p>PURPOSE: Provided are construction materials(tiles, blocks, etc.) with good strength and low shrinkage cracking by using sludge generated from sewage purification. CONSTITUTION: The construction materials are manufactured by mixing 100-110pts.wt. of dehydrated sludge, 100-120pts.wt. of aggregates, and 30-40pts.wt. of hardening agent containing 0.3-3pts.wt. of a mixture, followed by forming under the pressure of 200-300kg/cm2 to be 25-30% of water content, and drying at room temperature. The hydrated sludge is obtained by mixing sewage sludge with CaO to be 50-60% water content due to hydration of CaO. The mixture comprises 20-50pts.wt. of SiO2, 20-50pts.wt. of slaked lime, Ca(OH)2, 15-20pts.wt. of at least one compound selected from CaCl2, MgCl2 and NaCO3, 15-50pts.wt. of lignin sodium sulfonate or lignin potassium sulfonate, 15-50pts.wt. of montmorillonite or sericite, and 15-50pts.wt. of Zr, where each amount is based on 100pts.wt. of cement.</p> |
