PURPOSE: A grip exercise appliance is provided to enable a user to freely adjust the strength of elasticity thereof. CONSTITUTION: The grip exercise appliance is comprised of: a pair of handle portions(13) that are movable toward or far away from each other about a rotating shaft(12); a pair of action arms(16a,16b) that are movable or far away from each other by the rotation of the handle portions; a spring member(20) having a pair of fixed ends coupled to the action arms respectively and serving for elastically pushing the handle portions to space them each other; and an elasticity adjustment part for varying at least one fixing position of the both fixed ends along a longitudinal direction of the action arms.
