PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a non-broadcast form multi-access network such as asynchronous transfer mode ATM to contain a movable terminal such as a portable information processing unit. SOLUTION: A node device 1 terminates a core network that transfers data packets and also terminates other network adopting a protocol different from that of the core network. In this case, the node device 1 is provided with an agent section 2 that manages a location of the terminal 4 by making communication with the terminal 4 that is an object of accommodation and an address/ location cross reference section 3 that cross-references the location of the terminal 4 managed by the agent section 2 with address information stored in the terminal 4 itself so as to allow the core network above to accommodate the terminal 4 via the other network.
