The electrophotographic apparatus includes a device which supplies chargeable powder to form a latent image structure on a photosensitive member. A lamp fixes powder transferred to a ceramic green sheet. A circuit structure formation position detection camera (19) detects the position of the circuit structure formed on the ceramic green sheet.
