PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for ink jet recording which makes printed matter stick with excellent fitness to an object having a curved surface, of which the ink receiving layer changes in a shape in conformity with the shape of the object of sticking and which is free from a crack of an image and excellent in outward appearance and water resistance. SOLUTION: Regarding the sheet for ink jet recording, a load required for displacing it by 2% in the longitudinal direction (MD) of a synthetic resin film and in the direction (CD) at a right angle thereto is 0.50-2.0 kgf and the MD/CD ratio of the load is 0.70-1.3, while the ink receiving layer at least on one surface of the synthetic resin film is constituted mainly of a pigment, a non-water- soluble resin as an adhesive having a glass transition temperature of -30-+30 deg.C, a water-soluble polymer resin and a cationic polymer resin. |
