<p>Silo for storing light hollow bodies, particularly adapted to accumulate plastic empty containers with the purpose of providing them later on to bottling lines. The silo is comprised of a large deposit (2) provided with a discharge opening at the bottom part thereof and its walls are comprised of flexible sheets (3) consisting of an endless cloth such as canvas and extending in such a way that it surrounds both parallel cylinders (4, 5) arranged at different levels, with the possibility of displacing said cloth by means of a traction device (8) associated to one of the cylinders (4); the second cylinder (5) rotates freely and acts as a guide; rollers (6, 7) are provided to tension said cloth.</p> |
