PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent the closure of a pipeline and to enable continuous operation for a long time by constituting a powder and granular material transporting pipe in such a manner that its cross section of its pipeline expands on the downstream side of an adhesive injection port. SOLUTION: This sprinkling device consists of the small-diameter transporting pipe 11 on an upstream side, the large-diameter transporting pipe 12 on a downstream side, a pipe cross-section expanding part 13 disposed therebetween and an adhesive injecting pipe 14 disposed in the pipe cross-section expanding part 13. The adhesive injecting pipe 14 is connected to the upstream side end of the pipe cross-section expanding part 13, from where the adhesive 14-1 is injected into the transporting pipeline. The adhesive 14-1 is not much dispersed near the injection port and flows concentrically into a vapor stream and, therefore, the vapor stream is as if bar-like foreign matter crosses the stream when viewed from the vapor stream and great Karman's vortex arrays 16 are generated behind the injected adhesive and the stream of the adhesive 14-1 is rapidly dispersed as splashes by the reaction thereof while the stream meanders largely. The splashes are brought into contact with the surface of wooden fibers 15 in the gaseous stream and are eventually sprinkled on its surface.
