PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purifying device capable of decreasing a dead space between filters and capable of obtaining a uniform blow-off wind-speed distribution by using a large-scaled filter. SOLUTION: A filter 7 for purifying air is mounted and fixed to a rear surface of a duct chamber disposed extendedly at the ceiling rear surface of a room to be cleaned by interposing a filter mounting frame 6, and the duct chamber is constituted with a plurality of duct chamber units 4, and the duct chamber units 4 are constituted with an air blow-off port 30 at the downward and a sailing plate 25 at the upward, an outside frame plate 26, a bending part 27, a flange part 28 and a rib 29, and the filter mounting frame 6 is constituted with an outer peripheral frame 18, a turn part 19, an upside flange part 20, a fixing member receiving part 21 and a downside flange part 22. The filter 5 for purifying air whose upper side is brought into contact closely with the upside flange part 20 and whose lower side is fixed to the fixing member receiving part freely attachably/detachably forms the filter unit 7 for purifying air by being surrounded with the filter mounting frame and is housed in the duct chamber unit for shutting the blow-off port.
