PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an action from stopping during absorption for improving reliability, and to reach an aspirator to a target site at a self operation by providing electromotive and manual pumps at a container, changeably assembling an absorbing member, detachably providing a guide mirror, selectively or simultaneously using the electromotive pump or the manual pump. SOLUTION: When an electromotive pump 5 is only used, a valve 8 of a hose 3 at an absorbing side is opened to start absorbing a urine, a running nose, or phlegm. A manual pump 4 is left connected. When the manual pump 4 is only used, the valve 8 is previously closed to make a container 1 sealed, the manual pump 4 exhausts, absorption starts from the absorbing member 6 after confirming that implicit pressure in the container 1 reaches absorption effective pressure and the valve 8 is opened. When the electromotive and manual pumps 5, 4, are simultaneously used and an absorbing power of the electromotive pump 5 is insufficient, the electromotive pump 5 is driven and the manual pump 4 is simultaneously used. A hand-size guide mirror 9 is assembled to the electromotive pump 5 with an assembling clip together with the hose 3, and inclination is controlled by holding the container 1.
