PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air massage machine for wavely expanding/shrinking a plurality of air bags provided in parallel, for preventing mutual interferences of adjacent air bags, and for improving massage density. SOLUTION: A plurality of air bags 3 is provided in parallel along a longitudinal direction of a massage base plate 11 of a mat section receiving a body of a user. A control device for controlling an air supplying/exhausting device for supplying/exhausting air in each air bag 3 expands and shrinks each air bag 3 in turn along a direction of arranged orders while the control device overlaps times of expanding adjacent air bags 3, and has a driving mode for wavely expanding/shrinking a group of the air bags 3. Assembling space C to the mat section of each air bag 3 has space for slightly touching or being adjacent in such a way that expanded air bags 3 do not push away each other at the time of maximum expansion when the mode is operated to prevent mutual interferences of the adjacent air bags and to improve massage density.
