PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end rail attaching structure in a bed or the like by which an end rail can be easily attached/detached to/from the frame of a bed without using a tool. SOLUTION: End rails 2 and 3 are held, and a first fastening frame 6 is faced to the side surface of a frame 4 which should be attached, and the first fastening frame 6 is fitted on the frame 4. Then, protruding pieces 12, 12 in a second fastening frame 7 are fastened to hook pieces 10, 10 on the tip end side of an upper surface section 6c in the first fastening frame 6 in a manner to place from the top, and one end side wherein a slot 11 is provided, is pushed in toward fastening pieces 9, 9 on the lower surface section in the first fastening frame 6, and the one end section is pushed in while the tip end sections 9a, 9a of the fastening pieces 9, 9 are being brought into contact with slot 11, and thus, the fastening pieces 9, 9 are fastened while being deformed, and the frame 4 is pinched without gap.
