PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for rolling hand spring pressure measurement for tea roller, which allows to easily, quickly and accurately measure rolling hand pressure, irrespective of skillfulness of an operator, and also to accurately adjust the rolling hand spring pressure. SOLUTION: This instrument for a tea roller S is provided with (A) two or more spatulas S3 arranged adjacently to each other for a rolling hand S1 responsible for the measurement, where the spatulas S3 are pressed inward and toward a rolling cylinder center by a prescribed standard distance for measuring the rolling hand spring pressure, and (B) a stopper, fixed on the spatulas S3, e.g. crossing over them, to limit bending of each spatula S3 within a prescribed range.
