PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject device enabling the medium inside mushroom culture bottles to be surely raked out and device troubles to be prevented owing to simple shape of raking out members. SOLUTION: This device 12 works as follows: a plurality of mushroom culture bottles 15 housed in a container 16 are inverted and kept upside-down so that the bottle ports turn downward, raking out members 72 are then inserted into the bottles so as to rake out the mushroom culture medium therein. This device 12 has a bearing basal part 70 bearing and supporting, in a rotatingly drivable manner, the raking out members 72 about the respective axes thereof, and a movement drive means for shifting the respective positions of the members 72 inside the bottles 15 toward such a direction as to be crossed with the corresponding axes of the members 72 by moving the bearing basal part 70.
