PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation conveyer for conveying the feed for domestic animals to individual animal feed feeders set in every chamber of a livestock barn or for transferring the feed to other conveying lines in which a fullness detection switch is omitted in order to avoid the complication of movement of the fullness detection switch that is required to move according to the variation of feeding mode in the barn as well as to inhibit the overload of the feed on the circulation conveyer caused by the confluence of excessive feed and a fresh feed flow from a feed storage tank. SOLUTION: The circulation conveyer 6 and the animal feed feeder are separately driven. The animal feed is fed to the circulation conveyer via a feed outlet 5 opened at a part of the conveyer until the feed outlet 5 for feeding the feed to prescribed places is filled with the animal feed. When the conveying is completed, the returning of feed as excessive feed is started and the returning feed is conveyed back to the animal feed feeder again. This returning feeding is detected by a feed-returning detector and the animal feed feeder is stopped itself from driving.
