SOLUTION: A rear cover sensor 28 for detecting upper or lower turning angle of a rear cover 2 attached to a rotary working machine 12 is installed, and the rotary working machine 12 is lifted or lowered by turning a lift arm 22 upper or lower so that the detected value of the rear cover sensor 28 may coincide with the target value of the tillage depth set by a tillage depth- regulating dial 16. A pitching angular velocity sensor 42 is installed in the upper surface of a transmission case 18 to detect the pitching angular velocity of the machine body, and the tillage depth control of the rotary working machine 12 is carried out based on the detected value of the rear cover sensor 28 and the detected value of the pitching angular velocity sensor 42.
