PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply cool or heat more comfortably by using an indoor unit having a blower at a user side of a refrigerating cycle and a floor panel for heating and cooling according to a refrigerant. SOLUTION: A compressor 1, a channel switching valve, an outdoor unit 3, a floor panel 4, an indoor unit 5 or the like are sequentially connected by a refrigerant tube 6. A fixed throttle mechanism 7 such as an orifice, a capillary tube or the like is provided between the unit 3 and the panel 4. A variable throttle mechanism 8 such as an electronic expansion valve or the like is provided between the panel 4 and the unit 5. A blower 9 for controlling a refrigerant pressure of an outdoor side is provided in the unit 3. The panel 4 is controlled to be heated or cooled in association with the control of the blower 9. |
