PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing fructosylamine oxidase, and to provide the fructosylamine oxidase. SOLUTION: This fructosylamine oxidase can be produced using a microorganism belonging to the genus Bacillus. The produced fructosylamine oxidase is specific to fructosylvaline, and is useful for measuring glycosylated hemoglobin. |
