PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish raising feed which is relatively inexpensive and contains a protein source having a high protein efficiency comparable to fish meal. SOLUTION: An yeast which belongs to the genus Hansenula is added to a fish-raising feed as protein source. By substituting a part of the fish meal or soybean cake of a feed which contains fish meal or soybean cake as protein source with Hansenula anomala SB1020 (FERMP-18075), a product having high protein efficiency can be obtained at a lower cost compared with the case where only the fish meal or soybean cake is used as protein source. |
