PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust compressing frequency at real time by confirming the rate of compressing a multi-system log stream by a system having multi-system environment so as to be shown in terms of comparison with frequency of compressing by at least one other system of multi-system environment. SOLUTION: The value of compression delaying counting of a system related with a timer pop is checked (S1400). A compression zero count is checked and whether or not it is not less than 2 is judged (S1404). Then, a timer interval is increased (S1406). In the case of showing that a system Z is not compressed sufficiently frequency compared with another system connected with a log stream, the synchronizing point manager of the system Z executes forced compression (S1410). When the compression delaying count is larger than a selected value, a timer interval is reduced, thereby a timer is triggered more frequently (S1414).
