PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket structure for vehicle sun visor with which a bracket and a cover body can be delivered to an assembly line in integrally connected condition and an installation screw head portion can be covered by elastically securing the cover body in closed state to an installation flange of the bracket. SOLUTION: A cover body 40 formed by semi-rigid or flexible synthetic resin integrally comprises a supporting portion 51 that is fitted to a boss portion 30 of a bracket 20, and a cover portion 41 that is formed on one end portion of the supporting portion 51 via a hinge portion 50 and covers a head portion of an installation screw 23 by being closed toward a lower surface side of an installation flange 21 of the bracket 20, the hinge portion 50 serving as a supporting point. On a cover portion 41, an elastic securing portion 44 is integrally formed so that it is elastically and removably fitted to the installation flange 21 to keep the cover portion 41 closed.
