PURPOSE:To attain the unified management, to allow a person in charge for one system to be enough for the operation and maintenance and to reduce the operation cost. CONSTITUTION:An exchange MSC1 for mobile radio collects monitor information of a radio system and converts a subordinate layer into a protocol of an exchange system by a protocol conversion section 1 and sends the protocol to a central monitor controller MOC. The central monitor controller MOC implements sharing processing 21 to a required terminal equipment based on the kind of the sent information and to control information about to which mobile radio exchange MSC the information is sent by the central monitor controller MOC, and an exchange MSC implements sharing processing 22 to which radio base station BS the information is sent and protocol conversion to a radio system of a subordinate layer by a protocol conversion section 1 and the result is sent to the required radio base station BS. |
