<p>PURPOSE:To prevent direct contact by packing an elastic bushing respectively between a nozzle and a supporting nozzle and between the nozzle and a clamping flange, to support the reactive force when a slurry is injected and to obviate the breakage of the nozzle by preventing the nozzle from impact. CONSTITUTION:A supporting structure 10 is formed with a nozzle 12, a supporting nozzle 14 fixed to a header pipe A and a clamping flange 16 joined to the supporting nozzle 14 through a bolt 32. An elastic resin bushing 18 is packed respectively between the nozzle 12 and the supporting nozzle 14 and between the nozzle 12 and the clamping flange 16. Namely, an elastic resin is packed between the nozzle 12 and supporting nozzle 14 so that the inside and outside are integrated through the through-hole 26 of an intermediate cylindrical part 28 in the flange 16 to form the elastic bushing 18. Further, the extension 19 of the bushing 18 is packed in an annular gap between the nozzle 12 and the main body 30 of the flange 16. The ceramic nozzle 12 is prevented from impact in this way.</p> |
