The device concerns an electro-mechanical arrangement, the objective of which is locking and unlocking each floor door of an elevator well. Locking (hooking) of the elevator well door at a floor is achieved with a metallic bolt the movement of which is based on an electromechanical system located inside the locking device which co-operates with a facing mechanism onto the door of the well. When the door of the well must be shut, the bolt penetrates and remains into the body of the door.The opposite occurs when the door must open (unhooked).The hooking device consists of door contacts as well as mobile contacts so that closing of the well door is controlled by electrical means, and so does the start-up of the operation of the driving mechanism of the elevator. It is suitably shaped so that with the installation of a lever for optional coupling for two-leafed well doors, it can be connected to another locking device.This locking device may be used in new elevator installations, as well as old installations, as well as for the replacement of old technology locking devices that do not conform to safety requirements, as it is designed for being attached to the support holes of the casing of each floor door of the well, in the hole of the locking bolt of any old lock and to the unlocking bolt attached to the well door. |
