SOLUTION: A bio-chip preparation solution is composed of a solution prepared by combining the DNA solution 6 spotted on a plate 5 and a buffer solution 7 remaining in a device when preparation is completed, and the solution remaining when preparation is completed is the buffer solution 7 at low cost.
