PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device and an electric appliance at low cost. SOLUTION: A pixel part 102 including a group of scanning lines 103, a group of data lines 104, and EL elements formed at the crossing part of above lines, is formed on a substrate 101, and data line side stick drivers 105 and scanning line side stick drivers 106 are connected to the above. Hereupon, to each stick driver, a circuit driven is formed of TETs on the substrate made of glass, quartz glass or plastic.
