PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically add new hyperlink information or delete old hyperlink information to/from contents to be displayed or contents whose linked destination is frequently updated such as newly-arrived information on a home page. SOLUTION: When newly-arrived information is inputted, whether input items such as a title, a linked destination, a registrant, and the publishing period in a newly-arrived information page are correctly set or not is checked, a newly- arrived information management file is generated and stored on the basis of information confirmed as a registrable information by the check, the stored newly-arrived information management file is periodically checked, and newly- arrived information whose publishing period has expired is deleted. At the time of receiving a newly-arrived information page display request, an HTML file is prepared on the basis of the HTML description sentences of the newly- arrived information page.
