PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch circuit, with which a higher harmonic noise component and a high frequency noise component can be effectively suppressed and stable speech is enabled even at the time of transmitting/ receiving operation. SOLUTION: In the high frequency switch circuit composed of a first diode 2 located between a transmitting terminal 13 and an antenna terminal 11, a strip line 3 located between the antenna terminal 11 and a receiving terminal 12, a second diode 4 connected to the strip line 3 on the side of the receiving terminal and a control terminal 14 for supplying a control voltage for controlling the ON/OFF of the first and second diodes 2 and 4, a low-pass filter 6 of a cutoff frequency for passing the signal frequency of a transmitting/receiving signal is located between the antenna terminal 11 and the strip line 3.
